1. CALL A REPUTABLE CONTRACTOR
If we determine that you have enough damage to substantiate an insurance claim, this is the time for us to reach out to your insurer.
2. CONDUCT INSURANCE MEETING
We meet the insurance adjuster to inspect the damage, discuss findings with the homeowner, and make sure all damage has been accounted for on your behalf.
3. RECEIVE INSURANCE ESTIMATE & CHECK
Most carriers will issue compensation in at least 2 payments. The first payment will be the actual cash value of the loss. This is done because carriers only pay replacement costs if a replacement has occurred.
4. COMPLETE SUPPLEMENT PROCESS
Our supplement department will ensure all project specs are accounted for and accurate. This is critical to ensuring that your roof repair or replacement is fully covered. We will discuss the damages with your insurer and make sure all damage has been addressed.
5. REPLACE YOUR ROOF
Next, it’s time to build your roof. Our crew is dedicated to making sure you and your neighbors are safe throughout the process.
6. ENJOY PEACE OF MIND
Once finished we will send a Certificate of Completion to your insurance agency in order to receive the RCV (Final) payment.
